Mucho tiempo ha tardado en llegar... os presento la galería del "Maestro" José Hernández.

José es uno de las mejores personas de las que me he cruzado en este mundillo, por si fuera poco es además con las que me siento más en deuda, el me ha enseñado a pintar lo poco que se de figuras, cuando charlo con el descubro la autentica sabiduría que atesora, siempre tiene una nueva forma de tratar las pinturas, de mezclar los colores, de manejar el pincel...

Lo mejor es que todo lo que sabe lo comparte en su taller, a todo el que llega le aconseja y le instruye, no guarda secretos, esa ha sido para mi su mejor enseñanza.

En lo personal guarda un humor irónico e incisivo, el arte le viene de familia, pues es hijo de pintor de la Casa Real Española, Caballero Legionario Sargento Instructor, etc., etc.

Si algún día vais por Granada, no dejéis de visitar su pequeña tienda-taller.

Os sorprenderá.

Long awaited... let me introduce the gallery of the Master Mr. José Hernández. José is one of the best persons I have ever met in this modelling world. I feel I am a debtor to him in certain sense as far as he has teached me all that I know -which is not too much- about painting figures. Every time I talk with him I realize the wisdom he possesses; he always has a new way to handle the paints, to mix the colors, to use the brush...

The best of all is that he shares all he knows; everybodyis wellcome to his atelier and he gives suggestions and help... he keeps no secrets, and this has been for me his best lesson.

As a person he shows an incisive and ironical sense of humour, and art is a tradition in his family: his father was a painter for the Spanish Crown; he himself has been Sergeant of the Spanish Foreign Legion.

If you visit Granada, do not forget to visit his little shop - atelier.

You will be gladly surprised.
